In Buckinghamshire this service is provided by the South Central Ambulance Service from their bases in Bicester and Otterbourne.

This service is the non-emergency number when you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation

If you require medical help call NHS 111 by dialing 1-1-1 on your phone. Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The NHS 111 team will assess your condition over the phone and refer you to the appropriate service.
