We work with a number of NHS partners across Buckinghamshire to ensure we are providing joined up care to our patients.
Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (Buckinghamshire CCG) was formed in April 2018 by the merger of Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern CCGs. It consists of a group of 50 member practices across the entire county, serving a population of over 530,000. CCGs are responsible for the commissioning of a number of NHS services in their respective geographical areas.
Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust – the main secondary care provider in Buckinghamshire with a large general hospital including A&E at Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury and smaller hospital sites in High Wycombe and Amersham. The Trust also runs four community hospitals across the county.
Wexham Park Hospitals Trust – provides secondary care to practices in the south-east of the county.
South Central Ambulance Trust – provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance services in Buckinghamshire and operates the NHS 111 service.
